Message from the President of the Past-Students Association
Advancing the Kingdom through Creativity and Innovation, is the theme for this year’s graduation here at Regent College of the Caribbean. Jesus our Lord and Master was creative and innovative in His approach to establishing the kingdom on a right and robust path. In an attempt to be creative and innovative, initiatives will be shot down by even Christian fundamentalists. Notwithstanding, I urge kingdom builders to embark on whatever it takes to advance God’s kingdom in a constantly changing world.
I take this opportunity to appeal to all past students who are not active members of the Past Student Association to, now more than ever, assume your role as stakeholders and build meaningful partnerships between organizations to effect the appropriate changes where they are needed in this noble institution. Let us also seek to embrace the administrative infrastructure and disciple other kingdom builders.
I urge all members of the alumni to make it our responsibility to keep doors of Regent opened as a lighthouse, not only for brilliant sailors but also, for fainting struggling seamen in the world.
We will have to commit now to sacrificial giving, of our time, effort and coinage for the greater good which is leading humanity to Jesus Christ.
